There are many software applications that we use on campus to do our jobs effectively, and the list is growing all the time! Get help with the productivity apps you use on a daily basis, like your Google Email, Drive, and Calendar, the Adobe PDF viewer/editor, the Colleague student information and data system, and ConferZoom web conferencing software. Check out the A-Z training topics list above for descriptions of various premium and "freemium" programs we have access to as Hartnell employees. If you need help with a specific software that's missing from the list, please fill out an iSupport HelpDesk ticket so you can get the support resources you need!

Online Content

From website authoring to online course development, the PDC has tons of resources for you to choose from! Get up to speed on using OU Campus software to create and edit web content on the hartnell.edu domain, or use the Canvas learning management system (LMS) and its various associated apps to host your face-to-face course materials, take attendance, or deliver hybrid/fully online courses. Rely on pedagogical training resources on the instructional design support page to connect with students at a distance, and remember to make all of your online content (delivered on the web or LMS) accessible!
