Federal Student Aid invites you to join our free federal financial aid webinar in Spanish with English subtitles, on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 8 p.m. Eastern Time.

This session will be open for students, families, college access professionals and those who support Spanish speaking communities. We will outline the process to submit the 2024–25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) Form.

Submission Labs for FAFSA/CADAA

We are here to help! The Financial Aid Office hosts  FAFSA and DREAM Act Submission Labs (English) and Taller para solicitudes de FAFSA y Dream Act (Spanish) to assist you in submitting your financial aid application.  See below for details.

Salinas Main Campus: Every Monday 1/8 - 5/13 (Except holidays) 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM Building B, Room 110

*March 11, March 18, and March 25 will be held in Building B, Room 203

Alisal Campus: February 5, March 4, April 1, and May 6 at 3:30 - 5:00 PM in Room C205

Soledad Education Center: January 24, February 7, February 28, March 13, April 3, April 17 and May 1 from 3:00 PM - 4:45 PM, Room 110

King City Education Center: February 13, March 12, April 16, May 7 from 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM in Room 109

  • Your first and last name
  • Your Hartnell student ID # 

If you are not a current Hartnell College student or email us from a personal email account, due to FERPA we will only be able to answer general questions.  

Please allow 3-5 business days for a response.
